Framed worksheet appears twice when copied due to picture dragged.
Cause:
Dragging a framed field drags a picture of the worksheet, not the framed link.
Solution:
Delete the unlinked, framed copy of the worksheet. Use the 'Frame' command in the 'Format' menu or the 'Insert' menu to move the selected frame field to a new location.
1) Select the framed worksheet which appeared when dragged to the new location. (Handles appear around the framed worksheet.)
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Cut'. (The copy of the framed worksheet is deleted.)
3) Select the Excel worksheet that contains the linked field.
4) Do one of the following to move the entire linked worksheet:
a) Position the frame:
1] Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Frame...'. (The Frame dialog box appears.)
2] Select the desired settings in the 'Text Wrapping' group.
3] Select the desired settings in the 'Size' group.
4] Select the desired settings in the 'Horizontal' group to position the frame horizontally.
5] Select the desired settings in the 'Vertical' group to position the frame vertically.
6] Click 'OK'.
b) Make sure that the entire field is framed before using the mouse to drag the frame:
1] Press ALT+F9. (The field codes appear.)
2] Select the entire linked field and worksheet.
3] Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Frame...'. (A frame appears around the selection.)
4] Click 'Yes' to switch to 'Page Layout' if prompted.
5] Hold and drag the frame to a desired location.
6] Press ALT+F9 to turn off field codes.
